​We bought a farm at Mount Lion, NSW late 2022 and started farming in 2023. Our property stretches well into the forrest of  Mt Lion NSW, Australia.

As a syndicate we pay a resident farmer to work the farm and we handle all operational decisions and put in sweat energy to organise working bees and social events. We are very proud of our syntropic garden that we plant and harvest ourselves. 

It's now almost 3 years later since we bought the farm. So how are we doing ?

After going through some initial storms our farm has developed well and stabilised under a highly committed volunteer leadership. We are independent and debt free and produce healthy food and that is a huge plus in such a time as this.​

​However his vision for the future is very hard for me to comprehend or put my faith in. It seems to be too much of an utopia, a pipe dream that man can not achieve unless and until God breaks in and takes over.

The MtLion Farm Collective in Kyogle NSW is a Community of people acting with integrity to build and maintain a self-sustaining and prosperous food-producing, recreational and educational hub that demonstrates our respect for each other and the land, our values and our commitment to future generations. The Covid Era has brought us a massive wakeup call. Our govt is not pursuing Australian interests first ! Global Group think appears to be the modi operandi ! Personal and Foreign interests drive our national agenda, aka agenda 2030 ! When the PWQ group presented an opportunity to do something positive I jumped in ! And in addition I do a little bit of backyard farming of nutrient dense organic foods and practice food preservation here in Melbourne !

As a response I was looking for Financial Security, Food Security, Health Autonomy and a Community of Like minded people. So, after joining Parents with Questions , I bought a farmlet on bricklet on their recommendation almost three years ago. Is this collective farming endeavour commercially viable ? Not yet, time will tell.

How optical illusions work
Our brain tries to make sense of the world by interpreting the visual information sent by our eyes. This process normally happens seamlessly, but illusions reveal that our brain sometimes makes educated guesses based on prior knowledge and visual cues.

• A wrong guess: The brain is tricked into seeing something that isn't really there.
• Confusion: The brain struggles to decide between multiple possible interpretations of an image.
