Smart charging Systems Euro6 Jayco Ducato Conquest FD19 Campervan Motorhome

Today I saw Jayco and explained my problem with the charge system in my van which quite likely affects all FD19's with Euro6 engine technology, a jhub and a Redarc system. Euro6 engines have smart alternators, which use charging technology that may both undercharge and overcharge your motorhomes house battery.  See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3npZQ7JGp0A . Jayco recognised the concerns I raised, but response time will be long (expect attention not until after the Christmas break).
